Advertising, Affiliates & Marketing Partners
Why we publish this page
Marketing pays for a lot of what you see online, and we would rather be upfront about it. Sportuna is operated by NovaForge Ltd and licensed by the Anjouan Gaming Board. Some visitors reach us through a review site, a blog, a social post or a video. Those partners may earn a commission when a new player signs up. We think you deserve to know that before you click.
This page explains how those relationships work, what they do not affect, and the rules every partner agrees to follow.
Play within your limits
Advertising should never push you past what you can afford. Keep gambling fun and treat any bonus as entertainment, not income. If it stops feeling that way, step back.
Players in Canada can reach ConnexOntario free, day or night, on 1-866-531-2600, or find more support at responsiblegambling.org. You can also set deposit and time limits, or self-exclude, through our tools.
Our advertising standards
We hold ourselves, and anyone who markets on our behalf, to clear rules. Content must be truthful, properly dated and free of exaggerated win claims. Bonus headlines must sit next to their real conditions.
Gambling advertising is for adults only. In Canada our services are restricted to players aged 19 and over, and partners may not target minors, students or anyone who has asked to be excluded. We prohibit spam, misleading "guaranteed win" language, and any suggestion that betting solves money problems. Partners who break these standards lose their account.
Data, cookies and your privacy
Referral tracking relies on a small cookie that records which partner sent you. The table below sums up the main categories we use.
| Category | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Keep you logged in and secure your session |
| Affiliate / referral | Credit the partner who referred your visit |
| Analytics | Measure which pages and campaigns perform |
| Marketing | Show relevant offers and limit repeat ads |
You can manage cookies in your browser at any time. For the full detail on what we collect and why, read our privacy policy.
How affiliate links actually work
An affiliate is an independent publisher that promotes us and places a tracking link on their page. When someone follows that link and registers, the affiliate may receive a referral fee. Simple as that.
Here is the part that matters most: the commission comes out of our marketing budget. It is never added to your costs. Your deposit minimum stays at 10 CAD, your odds stay the same, and every published bonus is identical whether you arrived through a partner or typed our address directly.
What advertising never changes
A promotion can be loud. It cannot bend the maths behind a game or a market. Payout rates, table limits, sportsbook prices and bonus terms are set by us and our game studios — Playson, Pragmatic partners, Hacksaw Gaming, Yggdrasil and the rest — not by whoever referred you.
- No partner can offer you a secret better price.
- No link unlocks hidden odds or special house edges.
- Every welcome offer and reload follows the published terms and conditions, including wagering and expiry.
If an advert ever suggests otherwise, treat it as false and tell us.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does clicking an affiliate link cost me anything?
- No. The commission is paid from our marketing budget. Your deposit, odds and bonus terms are exactly the same as for any other player, with the usual 10 CAD minimum deposit.
Can a partner give me a better bonus than the site?
- No partner can change a published offer. If a promo code or campaign exists, it still runs on our standard terms. Anything claiming secret or exclusive odds is not genuine.
Who can become a Sportuna marketing partner?
- Publishers who market responsibly, target only adults aged 19+ in Canada, and avoid misleading claims. Reach out through our support channels if you would like to apply.
How do I report a misleading advert?
- Contact us through live chat or email and include where you saw it. We review every report and remove partners who breach our advertising standards. See our contact page for details.
